Speaker Series at the 2019 Fair. We hosted an exciting lineup of five 30-minute talks under the Big Tent, 10:30 am to 2:00 pm, with: Dan Tomlinson, ACS Battalion 10 & 17 Communications Unit Leader and retired Manhattan Beach police officer; Dr. Julian Lozos, seismologist at Cal State University Northridge; LAPD Chief Michel Moore; Helen Chavez, Assistant Director, Preparedness Division, L. A. County Office of Emergency Management; and Diana Shepherd and William Daffer of California Emergency Mobile Patrol.
