Speaker Series at the 2017 Fair. We hosted an exciting lineup of five 30-minute talks under the Big Tent, 10:30 am to 2:00 pm, with: Frank Borden, retired LAFD Assistant Chief and “father” of Community Emergency Response Team; Dr, Jill Barnes, Ph.D., LAUSD Office of Emergency Services, School Operations; Tanya Yarbrough, pet preparedness; Eric Boldt, Warning Coordination Meteorologist at National Weather Service in Oxnard; Dan Tomlinson, ACS Battalion 10 Communications Coordinator.
